In this class, we delve into the experiential anatomy of the heart and blood circulatory system as pathways towards embodiment of the fire element. We mobilise and energise our hearts, inner flames and desires, we explore ebbs and flows. Guided visualisations lead us to extended sessions of non-stop dancing to curated playlists (expect dark wave, synth pop and electronic music). We nurture and energise ourselves, others and the world. We are on fire.
