Practice Practice

Practice Practice is a guided practice format. A structure through which participants explore their research questions and interests, in a supportive collective setting.

Practice Practice consists of:
– Arrival and Attunement (a practice of focusing attention),
– Warm Up (that blends injury prevention exercises, elements of functional training, Meridian Exercises and somatics),
– Question (formulating or specifying particular research focus),
– Exploration (through guided imagery and non-stop dancing),
– Reflection (through various forms of note-making and structured group discussions),
– Processing (restorative practice and rest).
